Question: if Corey Maggette is considering signing with a contender for the midlevel, and the Lakers are willing to pay the midlevel for James Posey, then where on earth are the Lakers in the Maggette talks? They're in a position to pass up an excellent small forward who costs nothing but money?

Also, interesting note about Chris Duhon: apparently, he likes the nightlife. So maybe this wasn't the all-around awesome signing for the Knicks I thought it was, and maybe he had more reasons for coming to Manhattan than a promised starting job. If you like the clubs and your choices are NYC or Disney World, I think we all know where to go.
