If everyone acknowledges that Blake Griffin is just a guy and that Ricky Rubio is the real prize in this draft, especially if the league is trending toward guard-domination again, why don't the Clippers just freaking draft Rubio? Baron Davis is in the way? Rubio's like 14 and Davis shot like 22% last year. I'm pretty sure everyone should be ok with Rubio serving as the backup for a while. I mean, it's not like the Clippers don't already have Z-Bo blocking Griffin's way, too. I dare the Clippers to do the thing that would actually get L.A. excited about them.
